  • We accept returns for produce purchased from Sprout Farms within 24 hours of the original purchase.
  • To be eligible for a refund, you must provide proof of purchase, such as an order confirmation or receipt.

2. Permitted Refund Reasons:

  • Quality Issues: If you receive produce that is spoiled, damaged, or in an unsatisfactory condition, you are eligible for a refund.
  • Incorrect Items: In the event that you receive the wrong product(s), we will gladly issue a refund.
  • Allergen Concerns: If you have a documented allergy to a specific type of produce and it was not properly labeled, you may request a refund.

3. Non-Refundable Items:

  • Due to the perishable nature of our products, we are unable to accept returns or issue refunds for items that have been consumed or improperly stored.
  • We also cannot offer refunds for items that have passed the 24-hour return window.

4. Refund Process:

  • To initiate a refund, please contact our customer support team within 24 hours of your purchase.
  • Provide your order details, the reason for the refund, and any supporting evidence (e.g., photos).
  • Our customer support team will review your request and respond to you within a reasonable timeframe.
  • If approved, we will issue a refund to your original payment method within a specified period, depending on your payment provider’s policies.
  • Refunds are always provided in the currency used for the original transaction. In the case of Kinesis currencies, the refund will be in the same currency used to make the original purchase either KAU or KAG. All amounts refunded are subject to a 0.45% (zero point four five percent) processing fee.
