We require you to input a “previous order number”, so we can verify that you are an existing Sprout Farms customer. We will credit your Kinesis account with $5 of Gold (KAU) or Silver (KAG) as soon as possible, however, please note that your Kinesis account must be verified (KYC’d) before the funds will show in your account. You are then free to use the rebate funds during your next visit to Sprout Farms or at any other vendor who accepts Kinesis Pay.
